Q: Are you a manufacturer?
Yes. Please feel free to visit our factory.
Q: All products have a warranty?
For outdoor products, we provide 1-year warranty, while indoor is at least 3-6 years.
Q: Can we design packaging?
Yes. The default is regular packing, we can make customer's own packing.
Q: If the goods in transit damage, how to do?
Products are passed strict inspection before shipping, if damaged, we can replace.
Q: I like your product, but I may want to start a business that is lower than your minimum order quantity, right?

Q: What is the colour temperature?
Our LED Lighting offer lamps in warm, pure, and pure and cool white with temperatures measured in Kelvin(K). To lower the colour temperature is the light given by the LED.
Warm white = 2700k-3200k
Pure white = 4000k-5500k
Cool white = 6000k-7200k
Warm white = 2700k-3200k
Pure white = 4000k-5500k
Cool white = 6000k-7200k
Q: What is CRI?
CRI is a figure which feedbacks the colors of the real objects. Higher CRI with a higher cost for LED Tubes, the CRI is higher than or equal to 80Ra, and 90Ra with higher cost. But there are some suppliers write high data to attract client, please note.
Q: How do you handle defects?
All our LEDs are 100% aging and testing before shipment, our yield is almost higher than 99.7% if any of those defects arise within the warranty period, we provide 1/1 replacement of it.
